1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Answerplz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. AI Credits and Virtual Currency

Answerplz utilizes a virtual currency system ("AI Credits") to meter usage of our AI processing services. Free credits may be granted to let you evaluate the service. By accepting free credits or purchasing a subscription or one-time top-up, you receive a limited license to use those AI Credits within the platform.

• No Cash Value: AI Credits have no monetary value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed, sold, or exchanged for "real-world" money, goods, or services outside of the Answerplz platform.
• Non-Transferable: AI Credits are tied to your specific account and cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold to another user.
• No Refunds: All purchases of AI Credits and subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• Free Allowance: The current free plan includes 60 credits per monthly period. Unused free credits do not roll over. We may change or discontinue free-credit grants and may restrict duplicate or abusive accounts.

3. Rollover and Expiration

To benefit our active subscribers, Answerplz allows a portion of unused AI Credits to roll over into the next billing cycle.

• 50% Rollover: At the start of a new billing cycle, 50% of your remaining, unused AI Credits will automatically roll over and be added to your new monthly allocation.
• Rollover Cap: The maximum number of rollover credits you can accumulate is capped at an amount equal to your base plan's monthly limit.
• Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, any remaining AI Credits (including rolled-over credits) will expire at the end of your current active billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Answerplz or its AI models to generate unlawful, harmful, abusive, or explicitly offensive content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our usage policies or attempt to artificially manipulate our AI Credit systems.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
